Raleigh County Schools Kindergarten Registration 2024-2025
Child must be 5 years old before July 1, 2024, to be eligible for kindergarten registration.
Important:

Children must enroll for KINDERGARTEN in their home district school regardless of placement for preschool. You will be required to provide two proofs of physical residency. If you are requesting an out of district school, you must complete a County Transfer Form found on the Raleigh County Schools website at https://boe.rale.k12.wv.us/page/familyresourceshome and submit to the school of your choice. The principal will complete and send the form to the central office for review. These will be evaluated for approval, and you will receive a response letter in mid-August prior to school starting.
